Missions:

Within our sales team and reporting to the ADV Manager, you will ensure the proper execution of our commercial contracts, from order to the preparation of invoicing.

Your main missions will be:

You follow contracts from order to the preparation of the invoice, including among others:

• Being the contact for customers, freight forwarders, inspection companies, banks, the corn mill, and agents.
• Organizing and monitoring the chartering of transport means according to customer needs and taking special cases into account.
• Renegotiating, if necessary, established scales.
• Creating execution orders, after having performed preliminary checks (letters of credit, amendments, quality, marking) and transferring the information into Alpega.
• Preparing the various documents before, during, and after loading.
• Monitoring appointments on Alpega and following up with carriers if necessary.
• Carrying out the request and sending of samples.
• If necessary, drafting and then addressing the request for the creation of a new customer or the modification of a customer to the relevant department.
• You are the information relay for sales representatives regarding ongoing and finishing contracts, as well as any potential disputes.
• You ensure reporting to your manager.
• You ensure the update of sales in our ERP.
• You monitor unpaid invoices and proceed with reminders and collection.
• You transmit to sales representatives information relating to transport costs, requested maritime freights, and changes having an influence on the structural cost of contracts.
• You establish, verify, and monitor transport invoicing.
• You manage subcontracting: stock monitoring, organization of replenishment.
• At the end of the fiscal year, you establish the list of expense invoices to be paid in anticipation of the closing of the operating account.

Holder of a Bac +2/3 in commerce, with significant experience in the role of Sales Assistant. You possess very good interpersonal skills, with a good command of English. You have a good knowledge of international trade / transport procedures (customs duties, INCOTERM, international transport...). You are comfortable with IT tools (SAP, Pack Office...). </body>
