Finance Director

The Finance Director will lead and take ownership of the Group’s finance function, providing Management and the Board with strong financial oversight, analysis and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial management, controls, analysis and management reporting, with a strong focus on margins and profitability

Own budgeting, cash management, sales forecasting and scenario planning

Establish and monitor key financial KPIs, including receivables, billings and cash flow

Oversee tax, audit, compliance and financial risk management

Advise on capital allocation, including foreign exchange, investments, dividends and retirement funding

Support strategic financial planning, including Group structure and business valuation

Develop clear and meaningful financial reporting for Management and quarterly Board meetings

Lead and develop the existing finance and accounting team

Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar role

Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience

Strong understanding of Philippine tax, audit and financial compliance

Commercially minded and able to provide strategic financial advice to senior management and shareholders

Experience leading and developing a finance/accounting team

Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and building/improving financial processes and reporting

CPA qualification preferred
