The position:

KALI Group is supporting an aeronautical industrialist located in Pau in the steering and reliability of its internal production flows. The activity focuses on the manufacturing of aeronautical parts with high requirements for traceability and service rates.

The context

The site is under cadence pressure. The challenge: to ensure that material flows without disruption or congestion, from stock to workstation, from workstation to workstation, so that production is never waiting and never cluttered. Poorly managed WIP, an undetected bottleneck, an unanticipated lot blocked in quarantine: these are lines that stop and customer deadlines that drift.

Your missions

Steer the physical and informational flows of material within the site (line supply, WIP management, kanban); Monitor and ensure the reliability of stock levels (raw materials, WIP, finished products) - zero line disruption, zero invisible overstock; Schedule and prioritize manufacturing orders in connection with planning; Detect and handle contingencies in real time: part in quarantine, component delay, unplanned machine stoppage; Facilitate interfaces between Supply / Production / Quality / Maintenance.

Profile sought:

With an engineering background or equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in flow management or production supply in an aeronautical or precision industrial environment; You master ERP tools (ideally SAP), scheduling mechanisms, and kanban / pull flow logic; The traceability rigor of the sector (EN 9100) is obvious to you; You speak English fluently (B2 level) in order to exchange regularly with international interlocutors.
