The position:

We are recruiting a Metrology Coordinator to lead metrology activities within a production site specializing in plasturgie.

Your role is to guarantee the dimensional compliance of products, optimize control processes, and manage a team of technicians while providing your plasturgie expertise.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Design and deploy measurement processes for new products and validate control means
• Perform dimensional expertise and analyze deviations in correlation with injection parameters
• Manage a team of inspectors and project technicians: planning, training, report validation
• Ensure the transfer of methods to production and train field teams
• Manage the maintenance and traceability of the measurement instrument fleet
• Optimize existing tooling and methods by leveraging your injection plastique expertise

Profile sought:

With a technical background (BTS/DUT Mesures Physiques, Qualité or Plasturgie), you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in metrology, ideally in plasturgie.

You master laboratory control instruments, statistical tools (SPC, AMDEC), and advanced-level Excel. Your operational English allows you to communicate with suppliers and during client audits.

Rigorous and pedagogical, you know how to manage a technical team and transmit your know-how.
