The position:

As part of a large-scale industrial project on a production site, we are looking for a junior Qualification / Validation Project Manager to work on a technical sub-project related to production installations and utilities. The position combines project management, field presence, and technical validation, with support allowing for rapid skill development.

You will intervene in support of the management of an industrial sub-project, with a strong field dimension:

Project Management

• Monitoring of the schedule, milestones, and indicators
• Identification and management of risks
• Participation in project reporting

Qualification & Validation

• Writing and/or reviewing qualification and validation protocols
• Participation in qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Monitoring and execution of validation plans

Commissioning & Field

• Participation in equipment commissioning phases
• Carrying out tests, readings, and field controls
• Monitoring of punch lists and resolution of deviations
• Coordination with production, maintenance, and project teams

The project covers several types of interventions:

• Installation of new equipment or systems
• Modification and optimization of existing installations
• Compliance and process improvement

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent) in process engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field
• First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1-3 years) in qualification / validation or an industrial environment
• Interest in technical projects with a field dimension
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and increase autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
