The position:

A leading agri-food industrial site is transferring 2 production lines from a French site to its Belgian site. The area is to be created from scratch: entirely automated, two lines to be installed, about thirty service providers to coordinate simultaneously, with an imperative production start in the first quarter of 2027. Studies are finalized and orders have been placed. The goal is to manage the construction site from A to Z, while maintaining perfect safety conditions.

You will join the Engineering team of an agri-food production site of 300 people, part of an international group. Your mission: lead the transfer and installation of two automated assortment lines, from the construction phase to commissioning.

Concretely, you will:

• Coordinate 30 to 40 service providers working simultaneously on the site, with absolute rigor regarding safety
• Manage the installation schedule through to commissioning
• Guarantee budget compliance and ensure reporting to management
• Manage field interfaces: equipment suppliers, construction companies, internal production and maintenance teams
• Supervise layouts and implantations, anticipate scheduling conflicts and site risks
• Be the single point of contact for all levels: operators, managers, site management

Profile sought:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial installation projects or line transfers and a true construction site culture. You have field experience, experience with co-activity, pressure, and the ability to maintain safety without compromise.

• An ability to structure information and communicate clearly, from the operator to management
• Resilience: construction site unforeseen events do not destabilize you, they mobilize you
• Professional English (interlocutors are international)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other CAD software) for layouts
