The position:
A major nuclear program is entering a critical phase. Nuclear pressure equipment must be delivered within the specified deadlines, in full compliance with RCC-M and ASME requirements—without compromise, without deviation. Behind every milestone, there is a project management team holding the thread: technical, contractual, supplier, client. This role is yours.
In this context, we are recruiting a Nuclear Project Manager M/F to lead design and manufacturing projects for high-stakes equipment, from contract signature to final acceptance in the Valence (26) region!
Your missions: Lead the complete project cycle: planning, budget, resources, technical deliverables; Guarantee equipment compliance with applicable nuclear codes (RCC-M, ASME, ESPN); Be the primary contact for French-speaking and international clients; Lead design reviews and progress meetings with internal teams (design office, manufacturing, quality); Anticipate deviations, manage contractual contingencies, and arbitrate priorities under constraints; Coordinate the interventions of subcontractors and suppliers subject to nuclear standard requirements; Ensure documentary traceability in compliance with client and inspection body requirements.
Profile sought:
With a background in engineering, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management within the nuclear sector: whether at an equipment manufacturer, an engineering firm, or a major group in the industry; You know the RCC-M and/or ASME III codes: not just by name, you have applied them to real business; You have a true culture of pressure equipment, mechanical, or nuclear piping; You are comfortable with technical English: report writing, client meetings, international supplier exchanges; You know how to maintain a tight schedule without losing the client relationship; You are structured, direct, and you take responsibility when something goes off track.
