ML / AI Engineer // Banking Projects - Remote for residents in Argentina

At KaizenRH we are looking for a Senior ML / AI ENGINEER to work within a leading software development Company and for projects in the banking segment.

Requirements: +5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with more than two years dedicated to MLOps in production. Experience deploying RAG systems at scale. Ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Technical English (oral and written). Experience in the financial sector or B2B technology consulting is valued.

ML & Generative AI Languages and frameworks:

• Python 3.xx (types, Pydantic, AsyncIO) with scientific ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Polars).
• Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow 2.x/Keras, JAX/Flax.
• GenAI agent and orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen.

Tasks

• Design and maintain ML and LLM pipelines (training, fine-tuning, inference, retraining).
• Deploy ML models in production.
• Implement and govern vector stores and RAG pipelines to expose generative AI capabilities over corporate data.
• Collaborate in team operations (technical estimations, demos, and RFPs).
• Lead architecture reviews with a focus on scalability, resilience, and compliance.

Work Zone and Schedule:

REMOTE, Monday to Friday from 09 to 18 hs.
