Senior IT Project Manager (Finance) (M/F)

Kaino, a specialized recruitment agency, is recruiting a Senior IT Project Manager for an international group operating in an industrial and regulated environment, as part of an ambitious transformation program.

MISSIONS :

• Lead end-to-end application and/or infrastructure IT projects.
• Coordinate business teams, IT teams, vendors, external partners, and Business Partners.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
• Lead steering committees and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Support business units in the collection, analysis, and formalization of their functional requirements (AMOA).
• Participate in writing functional specifications and, depending on the projects, contribute to the preparation of test plans and the organization of testing phases.
• Participate in the structuring of methods, governance, and project management best practices.
• Work on a varied portfolio of IT projects for different group entities, particularly on application, infrastructure, and Finance process-related topics.

PROFILE :

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Significant experience in AMOA: facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, writing functional specifications.
• Good knowledge of Finance processes and challenges, acquired through IT projects.
• Experience with ERP projects, financial systems, or management tools is appreciated.
• Ability to take a lead role and manage projects end-to-end.
• Excellent level of English, allowing for autonomous work in an international environment.
• Experience in an industrial environment is appreciated.
• Mastery of project management methodologies.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional animation skills.
• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulated environments, GxP requirements, and associated constraints is a real asset.
