Join a rapidly growing GenAI team dedicated to transforming R&D activities within a large international group. You will contribute to the development of high-impact business generative AI products focused on the creation, analysis, and optimization of complex documents in a regulated environment.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Design and industrialize solutions based on LLM and RAG architectures.
• Develop GenAI products used in production by international business teams.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads within an agile feature team.
• Implement mechanisms for evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models.
• Support and coordinate external resources on data science and generative AI topics.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Master's degree from an engineering school or university.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Concrete experience with GenAI projects deployed in production.
• Mastery of LLM, RAG architectures, and MLOps best practices.
• Strong Python skills and Cloud environment (ideally GCP).
• Professional English is essential.
