Systems & Azure Cloud Operations Manager (M/F)

About the company

Kaino, a specialized recruitment firm, is recruiting a Systems & Azure Cloud Operations Manager for an international group, to strengthen its Infrastructure teams and support the modernization of its information system.

Your tasks

• Lead the operation and administration of Azure and hybrid environments.
• Manage Azure resources: VM, networks, storage, and IaaS / PaaS services.
• Administer Entra ID / Azure AD: roles, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM.
• Guarantee the operational maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory, and associated services environments.
• Supervise the availability, performance, security, and backups of infrastructures.
• Provide level 3 support for complex incidents and act as a technical expert.
• Participate in migration projects to Azure, Cloud DRP, and operations automation via PowerShell / IaC.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of environments and operational practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems / infrastructure operations, including 2 to 3 years on Microsoft Azure.
• Solid experience with hybrid on-premise / Cloud environments.
• Very good mastery of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Good knowledge of Azure IaaS / PaaS, Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM.
• Experience in VMware / Hyper-V virtualization.
• Good mastery of PowerShell and Azure monitoring tools.
• Good level in Cloud security topics: Defender for Cloud, NSG, backups, encryption.
• Fluent English.
• Technical leadership, autonomy, rigor, and the ability to resolve complex incidents.
• Good communication, sense of service, and ability to support teams.
• Azure, ITIL, or Cloud security certifications are appreciated.
