Kaino, a specialized recruitment agency, is recruiting a Lead Data Scientist GenAI on a CDI basis for a global player recognized for its technological excellence and commitment to innovation.
You will join an IT & Digital team of over 200 people, at the heart of an ambitious transformation program, and play a structuring role in the development of the group's GenAI capabilities.
As a Lead Data Scientist GenAI, you will hold a central role within the AI Lab, integrated into the Data Factory. In this capacity, your main responsibilities are:

Technically lead GenAI projects and ensure their alignment with market best practices.
*
Support, supervise, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 6 Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
*
Challenge architectures, fine-tuning approaches, RAG pipelines, as well as industrialization choices.
*
Contribute to the definition and dissemination of MLOps / LLMOps standards within the group.
*
Participate in cross-functional initiatives around GenAI, beyond the healthcare field, on various and innovative projects.
*
Ensure active monitoring of GenAI technological evolutions, the LLM ecosystem, and industrialization best practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

Higher education Bac+5 to Bac+8 (engineering school, university, PhD preferred).
*
Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in Data Science, including a significant portion in GenAI / LLM.
*
Expertise in GenAI approaches: LLM, fine-tuning, RAG, optimization, pipelines, model architecture, evaluation.
*
Essential mastery of GCP and AI/GenAI-oriented cloud architectures.
*
Proven experience in the production deployment of AI/LLM models.
*
Ability to supervise, upskill, and unite various profiles (DS, MLE, DevOps ML.).
*
Excellent communication skills, leadership posture, ability to popularize complex concepts.
*
Openness to different sectors: solid technical expertise in GenAI takes precedence over sectoral experience.
*
Professional English required.
