Job Summary Company is entering the motor car servicing industry, focusing on a tyre and rim shop. The candidate will manage daily operations, establish supplier relationships, and train new workers to support business growth and expansion. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the tyre and rim shop to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning Negotiate with tyre suppliers to secure competitive supply rates and establish reliable supply chains Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to support inventory needs Train and mentor new workers to transfer knowledge and build team capabilities for future growth Support business setup activities to establish the shop from the ground up Able to find other avenues of growth for the company Develop and grow product offerings to customers
