Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas.
• Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in food prep and service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Organize clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff and servers, ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours.
• Dispose of waste properly and recycle materials according to established protocols.
• Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment to promote a hygienic and safe workspace.

Requirements

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience in food service or hotel environments can enhance your ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced settings.
