Purchasing Assistant to KABE AB

Purchasing Assistant We are looking for a purchasing assistant for our purchasing department at the head office in Tenhult. We are looking for you with a sense of structure and order, who has an eye for detail and is good at planning. We also see that you enjoy customer contact and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The purchasing department is responsible for all purchases for our four production lines. Raw materials, materials, and components are of varying nature. You will be part of a team of five people. As a purchasing assistant at KABE AB, you are responsible for parts of the company's order placement as well as ensuring delivery security.

Tasks

• Actively work with order placement and deliveries
• Have daily contact with both local and external suppliers
• Collaborate within the team and report to the purchasing manager
• Handle delivery problems
• Maintain close contact with our warehouse units to improve the internal and external logistics flow.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience in similar tasks and a great interest in developing both personally and within the team.
• You have worked with call-offs/orders and have solid knowledge of planning and distribution within the manufacturing industry.
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, as many of our suppliers are located abroad. It is a merit if you are familiar with the business system M3.
