MARKETING SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of campaigns for cable TV, high‑speed internet, and bundled service packages. The role involves managing a small but high‑performing team, overseeing marketing budgets, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align promotions with operational capabilities, supervise the creation of marketing materials across digital and offline channels, and apply data‑driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or related industries. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, partnerships and collaborations). Excellent communication skills, able to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-changing market.
