Role Overview We are seeking an execution-focused SAP SD Functional / Test Consultant to support an ongoing ERP transformation involving a migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA . This role is centered on business process mapping, test script preparation, and functional testing during the active project testing phase. The consultant will engage directly with Chinese-speaking business stakeholders to validate business workflows, write test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities Testing & Scripting: Write, review, and execute detailed functional test scripts and test cases for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

UAT & Defect Management: Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log/track defects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

Business Process Alignment: Assist in mapping legacy Oracle business processes into standard SAP S/4HANA workflows and conduct functional gap analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions and test walk-throughs with regional Chinese-speaking business end-users.

Functional Support: Provide hands-on SAP SD system verification and support initial cutover/go-live preparation activities.

Key Requirements Functional Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with solid exposure to SAP S/4HANA .

Testing Track Record: Proven background writing and executing test scripts, managing UAT, and using test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Solution Manager/Tricentis).

Migration Exposure: Prior experience working on ERP migration initiatives (ideally Oracle to SAP ).

Language Requirement: Fluent / Business-proficient in Mandarin (written & spoken) is essential to collaborate with Chinese-speaking business teams.

Communication & Delivery: Strong analytical skills, structured approach to documentation, and a collaborative, delivery-driven mindset.
