Your tasks

s build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend. They ensure high code quality, reliability, and security while delivering features on schedule. The ideal candidate has solid engineering principles, hands-on expertise in ReactJS/TypeScript and Go, and the ability to mentor teammates while improving system design and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications end-to-end: frontend in ReactJS with TypeScript/JavaScript, and backend services and APIs primarily in Go, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability (35%).
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend and backend to ensure quality and prevent regressions (20%).
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend (15%).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and deliver solutions effectively (20%).
• Stay up to date with the React and Go ecosystems and industry best practices and help improve team tools and processes (10%).

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, MSW).
• Proficiency in Go testing tools (e.g., testing, testify, ginkgo, gomega, go-mock).
• Understanding of web security (OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF) and authentication (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT).
• Understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility (WCAG).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Sentry).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and streaming platforms.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills across browser and server.
• Good teamwork, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication in English and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

1. BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of software engineering experience
3. Strong experience with ReactJS and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), including state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query) and modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
4. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, styled-components).
5. Experience with Go frameworks/libraries (e.g., Gin, Echo, Fiber, Go-kit, gRPC).
6. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
8. Experience with microservice architecture and message brokers (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
9. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
10. Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs, performance optimization, and system monitoring
