Treasury Manager Groupe Liebot (M/F)
The LIEBOT Group is organized around two activities: the manufacturing of industrial joinery and aluminum facades. A family-owned, industrial, and fast-growing group, we currently bring together more than 4,500 employees within several companies in France and Europe. In a context of sustained development and the structuring of our Finance Department, we are creating a Treasury Manager position, reporting to the Accounting Manager at headquarters.
Your missions: At the heart of the finance function, you will contribute to ensuring liquidity availability, the reliability of financial flows, and the optimization of the Group's banking operations.
- Manage daily treasury
Ensure treasury balancing between accounts and entities Supervise and validate payment cycles Manage short-term treasury investments Participate in the deployment of a centralized payment flow
- Manage banking relationships
Administer relationships with banking institutions (accounts, terms, etc.) Manage authorizations and access to banking tools Monitor banking fees and contribute to their optimization Ensure regulatory compliance and associated monitoring
- Build forecasts and reporting
Develop and update treasury forecasts Produce monthly reporting for the Finance Department Contribute to the treasury budget and periodic monitoring Implement and manage dashboards
- Participate in financing and risk management
Support the implementation of financing Monitor maturities, drawdowns, and repayments Contribute to WCR management with internal teams
- Contribute to projects and continuous improvement
Propose process optimizations (automation, digitalization, etc.) Participate in IT projects and the evolution of treasury tools
Profile
- Minimum Bac +3 degree in Accounting / Finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury, audit, or corporate banking
- Good mastery of banking tools and an ERP (Microsoft AX or equivalent)
- Practice of a TMS (Treasury Management System) is appreciated
- Proficiency in professional English
