Supply Chain Project Manager M/F (M/F)
A subsidiary of the LIEBOT Group, K-LINE is the leading French manufacturer of aluminum joinery. A family-owned company from Vendée created in 1997, it currently generates a turnover of €470M and employs more than 1,900 employees in Les Herbiers and Saint-Vulbas, near Lyon.
Our logistics department wishes to strengthen its team with a Supply Chain Project Manager M/F position, in order to drive strategic projects and improve the performance of our logistics flows at our factories in France and Europe.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Project Management: Develop specifications, coordinate stakeholders (IT, ADV, production, support services), ensure the monitoring and deployment of solutions.
- Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate the impacts of projects, propose suitable solutions, develop action plans with ROI calculation, and guarantee their alignment with the company strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and correct malfunctions in logistics flows (upstream & downstream), lead the workshops necessary for problem-solving, manage settings and tests before implementation.
- Team Support: Train users, respond to their improvement needs (process, QSE) and ensure compliance with budgets.
- Information Systems Monitoring: Ensure the operational monitoring of IS related to the supply chain, analyze anomalies, act as the IS referent, and propose evolutions.
- Lean Management: Apply and promote Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, etc.) to improve overall performance.
Profile
With a higher education background in logistics and/or supply chain (Master's degree), you have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in logistics / supply chain project management in an industrial environment.
You have a good command of analysis and flow management tools, as well as an interest in information systems.
You speak English fluently and accept frequent travel in your professional daily life (France and Europe).
Rigorous and endowed with an excellent sense of analysis, you know how to manage several projects in parallel and support change.
Your interpersonal skills and your ability to unite teams will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
