K-Line is looking for an experienced Talent Management Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cairo, Egypt. This global role combines Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, covering the full employee lifecycle—from attracting and selecting talent through onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.

Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.

Build talent pipelines and support employer-branding initiatives.

Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, and new-hire integration.

Manage performance appraisal and 360-degree feedback cycles through Odoo.

Support career paths, competency frameworks, succession planning, and internal mobility.

Coordinate learning and leadership-development programs based on identified capability gaps.

Support employee engagement, recognition, culture, and retention initiatives.

Maintain recruitment and talent dashboards and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Practical experience in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Experience within a multinational, manufacturing, technology, or fast-growing organization is preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience using an HRIS; knowledge of Odoo or a similar platform is an advantage.

Professional fluency in English.
