K-Line is looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a broad global role combining strategic HR business partnering with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. The successful candidate will partner with leaders across K-Line’s international operations to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. Key Responsibilities: Partner with global leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness.

Lead the development and alignment of job descriptions, career paths, competency frameworks, and organizational structures.

Oversee the global recruitment approach, workforce hiring plan, selection standards, and employer-branding activities.

Provide functional direction to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and monitor recruitment pipelines, time to fill, offer acceptance, and candidate experience.

Lead performance management and 360-degree appraisal cycles, including governance, calibration, reporting, and development actions.

Drive succession planning, talent reviews, promotion readiness, internal mobility, and retention initiatives.

Coordinate learning and leadership-development programs based on identified capability gaps.

Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, conduct, and policy implementation.

Support employee engagement, recognition, culture, and values-based initiatives.

Maintain workforce and talent dashboards and provide actionable people insights to leadership.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.

8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including strong HR business partnering exposure.

Broad experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.

Experience working within a multi-country or fast-growing organization.

Strong analytical, project-management, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Experience using HRIS platforms; knowledge of Odoo or a similar integrated HR system is an advantage.

Professional fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
