ROLE SUMMARY

The Commercial Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support across the entire BDM pipeline — both accounts moving through the standard sales-to-handover process and VIP/high-potential accounts retained long-term by the Key Account Manager. This is a dual-lane role: supporting the BDM team with setup and admin so they can stay focused on closing, and supporting the Key Account Manager with ongoing monitoring, follow-up, and communication for retained accounts.

This role is involved with every new customer that comes through BDM, regardless of eventual size — smaller accounts that are later handed to the Customer Champions team still pass through the Commercial Coordinator during the initial setup and onboarding phase.
