Responsibilities

*Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. *Conduct outbound and inbound client communications to understand property requirements and investment goals. *Schedule and attend meetings with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. *Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring clients receive detailed information about each property and community. *Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company. *Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other industry stakeholders. *Advise clients on market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and regulatory requirements in Dubai. • Previous experience in sales or real estate
