FDE Private Deployment Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Private Deployment Engineer responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of FDE platform on customer on-premises private environments. You will handle environment inspection, installation, deployment, configuration, system tuning, version upgrade, troubleshooting, project acceptance and after-sales operation support for enterprise and government private deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently complete private deployment, cluster installation, service configuration, initialization, version release and project acceptance of FDE platform.
• Conduct pre-inspection of server, network, storage and OS environment, deliver deployment plan and standard operation documents.
• Responsible for daily operation, system inspection, log analysis, performance tuning, security fixing and version iteration of private environment.
• Troubleshoot online exceptions including service startup failure, port conflict, dependency errors, database exceptions and cluster synchronization issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with customer IT and security teams for joint debugging, environment adaptation and security rectification.
• Reproduce problems, provide error logs, follow up with R&D teams for patch updates and version fixes.
• Deliver complete project documents: deployment report, inspection report, troubleshooting report and operation manuals.
• Standardize deployment SOP and accumulate knowledge base for continuous delivery optimization.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Linux (CentOS / Ubuntu), system commands, permission management, disk and network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Docker / Kubernetes container deployment and basic cluster maintenance.
• Solid experience in software private deployment, onsite delivery and environment adaptation.
• Familiar with Nginx, firewall policy, port management, network routing and load balancing.
• Basic database knowledge: MySQL / PostgreSQL backup, restore and SQL query.
• Strong problem analysis ability to quickly locate system and service errors.
• Able to support onsite resident work and business travel.
• Good communication skills, stable working attitude and strong responsibility.

Preferred

• Experience with FDE platform, big data platform or AI system private delivery
• Experience in domestic OS adaptation (Kylin / UOS)
• Experience in security hardening and cybersecurity compliance evaluation
• Basic Shell or Python scripting ability
