Your Role
You will independently take over the ongoing financial accounting of national and international companies of the KD Pharma Group, working closely with auditors and tax advisors. You will be part of a young, competent team and will receive structured "on the job" training.
Tasks
- Independent booking of all business transactions in general, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting (MS Navision / Business Central / DATEV)
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB

- Asset accounting including depreciation runs
- Intercompany reconciliations and participation in reporting documentation
- Support with VAT-related issues and filings
- Maintenance of personnel master data and support with payroll accounting
- Further development of processes in financial accounting
- Point of contact for auditors and tax advisors
Qualification
What you bring to the role:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Sound knowledge of ongoing accounting, HGB, and German VAT law
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally MS Navision / Business Central and DATEV
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
Advantageous:
- Further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
- Experience with monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Initial experience in payroll accounting
- Good MS Office skills
