Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the UK's leading suppliers of IT solutions, providing high-quality IT Support, Services, and Solutions to Educational, Public, and Private Sector organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business based in Stafford, supporting the People Operations team across HR systems, processes and People Data.

Role: People Operations Support Salary: £31,364 Location: Stafford (ST18) Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, office-based (Mon–Thurs 08:30–16:30; Fri 08:30–16:00)

About the Role Working as part of the People Operations team, you will provide support across HR systems, People Data, reporting and processes. You will work closely with employees and managers, maintaining accurate records, supporting people processes and helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in HR or People Operations who has an interest in People Data and systems.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day People Operations administration and support Maintain People systems and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date Analyse People Data and support reports, metrics and dashboards Provide guidance to employees and managers on routine People queries Support recruitment, onboarding and induction Identify improvements to People processes and systems Support system upgrades, testing and process improvements Assist with training administration and employee records Support wider People Operations projects

About You We are looking for someone with a generalist HR or People Operations background who also has an interest in People Data, systems and processes. You will ideally have previous HR or People Operations experience, with experience using HR/People Management systems and working with People Data and reporting. You will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information, and have a proactive and collaborative approach.

Desirable : An HR Support Level 3 qualification or someone working towards this, along with experience of HR systems development or upgrades, process improvement, and working with People metrics and reporting.
