WHAT WILL YOUR NEW JOB BE?
As an “Office Assistant, Outbound Deliveries and Internal Transport”, you will be part of a dynamic environment filled with new challenges and opportunities for development. Your role will be to: process documents for outbound deliveries, including customs documents; coordinate and give instructions to drivers; enter the necessary information into the warehouse module of the SAP system; maintain correspondence with suppliers and/or JYSK partners; make suggestions for improvements in the process of unloading and loading goods; work according to our JYSK Values: Trader, Colleague and Corporate Spirit and JYSK Leadership.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Completed secondary education;
- Computer literacy – MS Office, working with warehouse programs. Previous experience with SAP will be considered an advantage;
- Intermediate working level of English;
- Good communication skills;
- Good organizational and coordination skills;
- Precision and attention to detail;
- Responsible attitude towards assigned tasks.
