🎯 Your mission
As a Salary Assistant, you will actively participate in all tasks or activities related to the Payroll/Salary Dept. in an international context
- Managing the hiring and termination of collaborators
- Monitoring labor absenteeism
- Fully supervising the payroll process
- Advising other departments on Labor Law and Social Security
- Monitoring Collective Agreements and analyzing regulatory changes
- Implementing and updating Collective Agreements
✅ What are we looking for in you?
A responsible, proactive person, with a great capacity for teamwork and maximum attention to detail, with motivation and a desire to learn, who has a positive attitude and good communication skills and who:
- Holds a University Degree or a Post-Graduate degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Labor Consulting, or similar.
- Has at least a B2 level of English
- Knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus
- Proficiency in SAP will be positively valued
- Holds a driver's license and owns a vehicle to travel to our offices in Cheste, 25 minutes from Valencia.
- Is willing to guarantee a high level of service to internal and external customers, confidentiality, and ethical commitment.
- Has knowledge of Excel

Selection process in Spain: We process applications continuously and complete the hiring when we find the right candidate.

- If successful, we will send you a link to answer some video questions.
- If you pass to the next phase, we will send you an invitation to take two online tests.
- Next, we will conduct a brief telephone interview
- Should you pass all previous phases, we will invite you to an in-person interview and, after passing it, only a reference check of previous experiences will remain.
