You will join a close-knit and growing team, consisting of an HR Manager and HR Recruiter, where we are looking to incorporate a third person to continue developing the HR area.
We work in a very collaborative way, with autonomy and plenty of space to propose, impact, and build together. 🎯 What will you do in your day-to-day? Responsible for recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding at the logistics center, guaranteeing complete high-quality people processes and an excellent candidate experience, in close collaboration with leaders and aligned with JYSK's concepts, tools, and guidelines. Ensure that JYSK is the first choice for both employees and customers, based on JYSK's values and leadership. 🔍 Recruitment Lead end-to-end selection processes Build and develop a solid talent pipeline for current and future needs Collaborate with Leaders to anticipate hiring needs Identify and attract talent through different channels Prepare and analyze selection and talent indicators and reports, contributing to the area's decision-making through data analysis Continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience Analyze results and continuously improve selection KPIs Collaborate with ETTs and consultancies when necessary 🌍 Employer Branding Design and execute local employer brand campaigns Participate in job fairs and talent events Manage networks such as LinkedIn or local communities Keep the employer branding calendar active Drive initiatives such as the internal influencers program 🤝 Onboarding Guarantee an excellent onboarding experience Coordinate welcome and mentoring programs Provide training on JYSK culture and values Follow up on the onboarding process. Continuously improve the onboarding process and candidate experience Analyze feedback (including exit interviews) ✨ Are you up for building the future of talent at JYSK?
🔎 Experience in selection, ideally in dynamic environments (logistics, retail, high volume)
