WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

In this position, you will have overall HR responsibility in the distribution center in close cooperation with the HR Manager. You will have a leading role as a sparring partner for the management group, participate in developing the right training and development programs for employees, ensure a strong focus on the talent pipeline at all levels through JYSK's talent management tools, and view employer branding as a natural part of your daily work.

As HR Business Partner, you report directly to the HR Manager in Uldum.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR and have successful experience with HR Business Partnering
• Have experience with concrete HR tasks such as recruitment, performance management, talent pipeline, training and development, as well as sparring with managers in a broad sense.
• Know how to work with employer branding and create and maintain an influencer culture, including through social media.
• Work result-oriented and are by nature an independent, proactive person with plenty of positive energy and humor.
• Are skilled at building relationships at all levels in the organization and thrive on working with and through people.
• Live up to our JYSK Values; Købmand, Kollega and korpsånd
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and are not afraid to speak up.

Your permanent workplace will be at our distribution center in Uldum, near Horsens. After a more intensive introduction period, 5-10 travel days per year may be expected.
