We are looking for a Warranty Processor for our client company for a permanent position.

Your tasks

We are looking for a technically oriented professional to serve as a Warranty Processor, who will be responsible for handling warranty matters and customer service.

• Processing of warranty cases. You will be responsible for evaluating and processing warranty matters and verifying the warranty claims of customers and/or spare parts dealers. You must strive to get the repair of products under warranty approved by the international principal (according to the terms of the manufacturer and/or importer). This requires the ability to resolve difficult customer situations.
• Communication. You will act as a link and work in close cooperation between customers, maintenance, sales, and manufacturers as well as suppliers.
• Administrative work. You will enter warranty data into systems, order spare parts, and handle compensation-related invoicing and reporting, as well as the preparation of documents.

Requirements

The position requires good technical understanding, for example, from the automotive or machinery sector, diligence, good customer service skills, as well as the management of various ERP and warranty systems. AutoFutur software is used. Additionally, good technical English/English language skills are absolutely essential, as the principals are international organizations and the working language is English.
