Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Dispatch: Planning and scheduling deliveries, assigning routes to drivers, and managing dispatch operations.

Fleet Management: Monitoring vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing fleet assets.

Driver Management: Supervising and training drivers, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to transportation laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Problem-solving: Addressing delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues that may arise during delivery operations.

Communication: Maintaining communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of supervisory experience in logistic

• Continuous improvement mindset, independent and self-motivated individual

• Able to work under stress, flexible and adaptive to change, dynamic and pragmatic
