Bilingual Monitoring Coordinator - Interlomas

We are looking for a Bilingual Monitoring Coordinator responsible for supervising unit operations in real time, ensuring compliance with routes, security protocols, and providing timely follow-up on operational incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise real-time monitoring of units and services.
• Follow up on routes, journeys, and operational compliance.
• Detect and report security incidents or deviations.
• Coordinate immediate actions in the event of emergencies or alerts.
• Prepare monitoring and operational control reports.
• Maintain communication with operators, custodians, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with security and operation protocols.
• Support the continuous improvement of monitoring processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or technical career in Logistics, Security, Administration, or related.
• Intermediate or higher English is indispensable
• Experience coordinating GPS monitoring teams or operational supervision.
• Management of GPS tracking platforms.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Analytical capacity and decision-making.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and reaction to incidents.
• Schedule availability.
