Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Creative/Sketcher role located in Lekki, focused on fashion illustration and styling. The role involves creating detailed fashion sketches, supporting the development of new collections, and translating design concepts into clear visual representations. Responsibilities include assisting with styling for shoots or client presentations, coordinating samples and accessories, and maintaining organized sketchbooks and digital portfolios. The Assistant Creative/Sketcher will collaborate with designers, stylists, and client-facing teams, provide input on trends and fabrics, and ensure that all illustrations align with brand guidelines and project timelines. The role also includes occasional client interaction, preparation of presentation materials, and support with visual content for marketing or social media. Qualifications

Strong Communication skills for collaborating with designers, clients, and internal teams. Customer Service skills to support client-facing activities and respond professionally to feedback. Organization Skills to manage sketches, styling materials, project timelines, and documentation efficiently. Sales awareness to support client presentations, contribute to visually appealing proposals, and understand fashion market trends. Fashion knowledge, including understanding of illustration techniques, styling principles, fabrics, colors, and current trends. Proficiency in hand sketching and, ideally, basic digital illustration tools. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret design concepts accurately. Prior experience or education in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Lekki and manage full-time work schedules reliably.
