Program Officer

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee company programs and projects. Ensure programs are executed within timelines and budgets. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management. Develop innovative ideas to improve program effectiveness. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain documentation and reports for all programs. Ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in media, events, or creative industries is an advantage.
