Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily food production and production schedules.

Supervise production staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.

Manage raw materials, inventory, waste, and production costs.

Monitor production processes to ensure targets and standards are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of food production, hygiene, and safety standards.

Ability to manage inventory and control production costs.

Must be organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
