Operations Officer

Responsibilities: Scan and process parcels accurately using digital scanning devices. Document and update parcel information in the company's system. Sort and organize parcels for dispatch and delivery. Ensure all shipment records are accurate and complete. Identify and report discrepancies or damaged parcels. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet daily processing targets. Comply with all company operational and safety procedures.

Requirements: Minimum of OND in any discipline.

Must be ICT-savvy and comfortable using computers and handheld scanning devices.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work night shifts consistently.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in logistics,  warehouse operations, or e-commerce is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
