About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Expert in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to lead the development of advanced electrical and electronic components within complex technical systems. The role requires deep domain expertise, strong supplier management capabilities, and the ability to influence product strategy and technical direction across multiple stakeholders. As a recognized authority in the field, you will act as both a technical leader and thought partner, shaping future-focused solutions and ensuring alignment between engineering execution and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and documentation of electrical and electronic components across complex systems

Define, document, and manage technical requirements for EE components in collaboration with suppliers

Perform simulations and technical evaluations to support component development and selection

Manage supplier relationships, including operational coordination, performance evaluation, and work distribution

Recommend and support selection of external suppliers and internal component solutions

Ensure cross-functional alignment and secure business and technical stakeholder buy-in

Oversee delivery and execution of product strategy roadmaps for assigned component areas

Manage a portfolio of complex components or a large set of less complex components

Evaluate emerging technologies and new components to ensure optimal technical and strategic fit

Act as a technical ambassador, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability development within the organization

Requirements: Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields

Recognized expert with deep technical competence in EE component development

Strong experience in supplier interaction, requirement specification, and technical governance

Proven ability to lead complex engineering activities across cross-functional teams

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and system-level engineering

Experience working with simulations, validation, and component verification
