About the role We are currently looking for a Senior Business IT Analyst to join an exciting assignment with one of Sweden's leading automotive companies in Södertälje. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing information used across business processes and applications, translating business needs into clear requirements, and supporting implementation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and global teams to ensure business and technical requirements are aligned and effectively delivered. The assignment also includes aspects of data privacy and information governance, making it ideal for candidates with experience in regulatory and compliance-related initiatives. Responsibilities Analyze business processes, information flows, and application usage

Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define solutions

Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions

Contribute to data privacy and information governance activities

Work closely with global cross-functional teams within the organization

Required Qualifications Academic degree in a relevant field

Extensive experience as a Business IT Analyst or similar role

Experience working within automotive projects

Previous experience working with our automotive client in Södertälje

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Meritorious Qualifications Experience within information governance, including legal, architecture, or information security perspectives

Experience working with Data Privacy initiatives

Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and/or embedded systems

C/CE driver's license

Experience working in global and cross-functional environments
