Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small group of sales team members.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Monitor and control team performance to ensure productivity and target achievement.
• Focus on increasing sales of new memberships and ensuring high conversion rates.
• Provide motivation, guidance, and regular performance evaluations for the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports and share results with management.
• Continuously look for strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or team leader role (preferably in the service or membership-based industry).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English professionally.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
