Guest Relationship Executive
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations team member to support our daily breakfast operations.
Your Role
- Warmly welcome and greet hotel guests arriving for breakfast
- Assist with guest verification and breakfast entitlement
- Manage seating arrangements and guest flow during busy periods
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with general enquiries
- Communicate special requests to the service and culinary teams
- Check on guests and ensure a pleasant breakfast experience
- Assist in resolving simple guest concerns professionally
- Support the restaurant team where required
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, cheerful and approachable personality
- Confident in communicating with guests
- Service-oriented and well-groomed
- Punctual and comfortable with early morning shifts
- Able to work in a fast-paced breakfast environment
- Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
- Students, homemakers and candidates looking for regular morning part-time work are welcome
Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM Employment: Part-Time Location: Bugis
