IT Engineer

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software and network equipment.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and security systems.
• Perform regular system updates, backups and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT equipment inventory.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies and procedures.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
• Document technical issues, solutions and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or network maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 and common IT applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
