MET Technician / Panel Beater – Up to £60,000

Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm

Join a leading accident repair centre with state-of-the-art facilities and manufacturer approvals across more than 20 vehicle brands.

We are looking for an experienced MET Technician / Panel Beater to join a professional and established team working on new and nearly-new vehicles.

The Role

• Strip and refit body panels, trims and interior components
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Undertake panel repair and replacement work to a high standard
• Identify damage and assess the work required
• Diagnose faults and ensure vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently
• Work to repair deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MET Technician and/or Panel Beater
• Strong background in accident repair / bodyshop environments
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanical & Body Systems preferred
• ATA MET or Body Repair certification preferred but not essential
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
