Experienced Vehicle Panel Beater – OTE Up to £65,000 Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join a busy, professional and well-equipped accident repair centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater looking for a stable, long-term position with a company that values quality workmanship, technical ability and attention to detail.
The Role As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard
- Repairing, replacing and aligning damaged body panels and components
- Carrying out chassis and structural repairs where required
- Assessing vehicle damage and planning repair methods
- Working efficiently to meet quality and productivity targets
- Ensuring all repairs are completed in line with manufacturer and industry standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Supporting less experienced technicians and apprentices where required
- Working as part of a professional and supportive workshop team
About You The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Vehicle Body Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and accident repair techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining repair standards
- Your own tools – essential
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- ATA, NVQ, IMI or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous
