Tax Operations Migration Support

Your tasks

Job Background/context As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

•  Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
•  Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
•  Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
•  Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
•  Preparation of process documents and flowcharts

Requirements

Essential  At least 1-2 years of banking operation experience

Desirable  2-3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience

Skills: (technical skills)

•  AI Savvy
•  Accounting
• Banking system, experience in User Acceptance
• Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.

Qualifications: (degree/certifications)

• Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounts/Economics
• Competencies (soft skills you are looking for in a candidate)
•  Good understanding of Banking Operations Processes.
•  Meticulous in validation/ checking, attention to details
•  Strong interpersonal skills influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross -functional environment.
