Senior Program Manager- Migration Franchise project

Contract till: 26th July 2027 Location: Changi Business Park Salary: Negotiable About the role This is a Senior Program Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27 Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management. Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements. BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans. Knowledge/Experience: Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years Project Management Officer who has A transaction experience in his previous roles
