Senior Program Manager- Business Migration

Contract until: July 2027 Location: Changi Business Park

Job Background/context:

This is a Senior Program Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination : Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
• Regulatory & Governance Leadership : Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
• BAU Continuity & Risk Management : Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

• Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years
• Desirable Project Management Officer who has M&A transaction experience in his previous roles

Skills: (technical skills)

• Essential Project Management, Stakeholder engagement, Leadership
• Candidate should have prior experience of engaging with C suite
