Operations Migration Support Analyst

Your tasks

Job Background/context As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Requirements

_Desirable_ 1 – 3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience (or a bachelor's degree with relevant financial services internships / co-op experience)

Microsoft Office tools, excel skills Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree and above Competencies(soft skills you are looking for in a candidate)
