Guest Service Executive Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month Working Hours: 5 days/week, 44 hours Location: Central Singapore Working Days: Rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays Available Positions Guest Service Executive – Guest Relations 9am to 9:30pm (rotating shift) Guest Service Executive – Concierge 7am to 1:30am (rotating shift) Job Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service to guests. Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints. Assist with check-in/check-out and cashiering duties. Maintain good guest relations and ensure a pleasant stay. Provide information on hotel facilities, attractions and events. Handle room enquiries and upselling where appropriate. Follow hotel security, safety and operational procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and tidy work area Requirements Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
